Ok so I have a problem... I downloaded the file, placed it in the my documents/ea sports cricket directory and I loaded up the game etc, it was there and good.

But how do I bat? I am just on the bowling end and I need to bat...

use gamchanger, open the .mch from the folder that you placed in my documents/ea sports cricket 2005 directory and click "Swap teams".

Nevermind, I fixed it, I had to install .NET framework.

Dont just put the file. The attached .zip would contain a folder in which the .mch file is contained. Put the folder in "My Documents/EA Sports Cricket 2005" directory (of course, remember to use gamCHanger on the .mch file to swap teams)!

Also the name of the .mch file and the name of the folder in which the file is contained should be the same!

I am not sure if I included the folder also. Just extract it and then make a folder of the same name, then put the file into that and put the whole folder into my documents where sai has mentioned

sai, I installed the field tutsi thing you posted, and I played a quick 50 odi game to test it out and it doesn't make a difference, the fields are the same as they where before as in the pictures. I can easily get 100 in 10 overs usually.

ok, play ur match buddy! i think i as many others have increase my level of attack to match up with u guys who score at such rates!

Ok, just another point tho, my run rate in the beginning might be up like super high, but after they change the field I get occasional singles so it zooms right down.

Dont worry guys who are not scoring too much runs. Just have fun and in next tournament we will have only those who are not so freely scoring and will play with only three or four nations .
