Close..... if an umpire calls a bowler for throwing then that particualr delivery is illegal. It does not mean that every delivery that bowler bowls is illegal.

No Ball, taken out of the attack?

They get warnings.At a certain amount,you get replaced by another bowler(the umpire gets rid of them).

Exactly the same procedure as for a beamer or for running on the pitch. Two warnings then out of attack on a third offense.
