My game doesnt work properly!

When i go create a player i can create a player fine but my player never appears in the squad. When i am in a test match some times i go skip till end of innings and i bowl the team out for about 500 runs in about 2 sessions. When i am bowling i just have to beat the batsmans bat once or twice and then bowl a yorker and i bowl the batsman out every time and that is on Slog difficulty.
My game isnt pirated, copied or second hand it is perfectly new.
Does anyone know if it is a bad copy? :help
