need some help - cool blc patch 3

hey what is the difference in the cool blc patch 3? i dont see a difference in the game? i did install it to the codemasters folder and it did overwrite some files..... but in the game there is no change..... can any one reply to this?

try setting the level to county.
also I think it works only for 1 day matches?
