Net Framework Problem [Solved]

I recently installed net framework v2 but still app. which runs with net framework is not running. I am getting the same message which I was getting back of net framework i.e application failed to intialize. I also install Window Installer and net framework sp2 but unable to solve this problem. Help would be appreciated

Solutionownload all the files again in which you are having trouble and it will work fine

If I'm correct, There is a .net framework 3. I think you should download that and try.

Ok I will try I only download v2 because when I was downloading that app there was written I should use v2

I believe the latest version is actually 3.5.

Do you have an error message or code, by chance?

I want to tell you that when I was having net framework V2 before app. was running properly but now Same app are not running with Net Framework V2 anyways I am now installing net framework 3.0

3.5 is the most up to date version of .NET framework.

I was getting error in installin 3.0 so I re-install 2.0 and now I am getting "Unable to find version of runtime to run this appl" error and also I want to ask if appl which are associated with 2.0 will work in 3.5 version?

If t works in 2, it should work in 3.5. As said, don't bother with either 2 or 3, you want 3.5.

I am facing problem in installing 3.0 and 3.5. It downloads successfully but when it installs I am getting dont send error

first go to add/remove program,then uninstall the .net(the old one you have),then try to install new one.:cool:

Which Windows are you using?
Are you sure you downloaded the correct version for your OS?

I presume you got the 32-bit version? As that's what you're probably on.

Could you get a screenshot? You can do this by clicking the "Print Screen" button your keyboard (usually located next to the delete button), then opening up Paint and pasting.
