Hello,
A friend of mine gave me Cricket 2004 CD (Brand New
). But before he left he said I better download patches and other things to make the game better. I didn't care much about the patches and started playing, but during the game I found a lot of stuff that were not right, like:
Keeper never caught any short ball (missed) even if it were close to him.
Computer getting taking a run when the ball is in mid-off/on fielder's hands.
Computer smashing most ball (even yorkers) for six.
and many more...
So I came to this site, and found some patches in the Downloads section and couldn't make up my mind on which one to choose. Soo, I thought of asking all fellow players, which patch should I download that would fix those things and make the game better.
*I have tried sam's patch, but seems it makes batting so much hard. You don't get the pointer on ground, it all depends on your vision...but the rest of the problems still there.
And why doesn't the Computer batsman ever give an edge!
*I had a few questions as well:
What is that ball thing on the bottom left corner of screen, what is that used for?
What is that little bar below the ball's of over bar?
Thanks,
TheGamE
