New average upgrades

Another new thing we will be implementing this season is average upgrades, in the same way that the PCPL has been doing them. They are based on activity and all team managers must help me out with this.

The averages are to be updated after 8 weeks...so we just add up all the posts made in match threads in those 8 weeks, divide it by the number of match threads (should be 16), and get the average value.

To make the calculation simpler, we can make it that the maximum they can gain is 9 points. Therefore:

Average of 1 = 3 points increase
Average of 2 = 6 points increase
Average of 3 = 9 points increase

And everything in between calculated and rounded off accordingly.

The base averages for round 1 (likely to be changed next round though to make games more exciting) are:
Pure Bat - 41/99
Keeper - 39/99
Batting AR - 35/35
Pure AR - 30/30
Bowling AR - 25/25
Pure Bowl - 20/20

We will be updating them after 3 weeks and then again after round 8.

So for now, team managers or captains or vice captains, stay on top of it game by game.

He actually got sentenced to jail last month for assault on a police officer after downing 12 shots of Sambuca then going on a letterbox smashing rampage which resulted in cops chasing him as he high-tailed it out of there...Unfortunetly he wasn't quick enough so he turned his golf club to the copper instead.

True story.
