New average upgrades

Two questions, which rounding rules are we using? Are we rounding everything up (as in 1.06 would be a 2)?

Or are we just rounding to the nearest whole number (which would make the 1.06 a 1)?

Secondly, do we count team threads and if so, do we count that as a 17th thread?

a) They are rounded off I believe. 1.06=1, 1.56=2
b) Team threads don't count.

We'll make the deadline at the end of this week's matches (so by Sunday). If you've gotten them in before you simmed this week's games, you can apply them immediately for the instant advantage.
