Geez! How bad is this Scheduling?

Just 3 days after WT20 final and that too in a bio bubble thing.

fearsome tweak everyone the BCCI, NZC who all agreed for such poor scheduling.
Not only that, after the final test vs NZ ends, in 10 days time we play our first test against South Africa in AFRICA! Want to hear more? After we end our T20's vs Africa in January on 26th, we play our first ODI against West Indies in 9 days time in INDIA. Want to hear more? End of the West Indies series and start of Sri Lankan test series has a gap of 5 days!!!

Entire world knows what happens in APRIL.

IPL!!!!!!!!!

This is insane scheduling and overkill of Cricket. Post the IPL, in what would be 6-7 days of gap we again play Africa at home for a T20 series before probably flying to England for that one remaining test.

Dravid's presser yesterday did raise the issue of scheduling. Expect Rahul Dravid will form a core XI for India and have a strong rotation policy in place. This basically means, you will see a lot of people in and out of the team, new people leading and perhaps even Paras Mhambrey taking over from Dravid for certain series.

The whole energy in the Indian team looks so different today!!! The bowlers have looked calm and yet the energy is up and flowing. One of the characteristics you see in sides that has been Captained by Rohit.

Excellent batting this from Guptill. He is suddenly shifting gears. The major appreciation should go to Chapman who has taken control of the innings after Mitchell got out.

I think NZ might end up slightly under par. Flat hard surface of Jaipur with a fast outfield on offer along with dew factor is going to make it tough for them to defend anything under 175.

Wow, the crowd in Jaipur looks maxed out! 100% capacity? Looked fantastic!

You do notice the Mumbai Indians level calmness in the team (since Rohit is the captain). Feels better, but this team will be assessed on how effectively they tweak their approach for the modern day T20 game. Hope Rohit and Dravid can achieve that change quickly.

There is a lot of buzz about this series.

Is it due to Dravid & Rohit?

In office few folks were excited saying we have a game today, saw a few in public trains and metros watching the game.

Even couple of Whatsapp groups had a discussion.

And here I am not even a single bit excited about any T20 stuff at the moment. :D
