Pakistani batsmen clearly aren't the calibre of Amla or the likes in Test Cricket. Why do they expect themselves to bat out large chunks of maiden overs and then expect that will get 100's. Surely, it is better to look for quick singles and keep rotating the strike. Both Azhar Ali and Imam were found wanting. A 60 ball 11 won't win you game, nor will it settle you in the game as well as a 60 ball 30-35. A little disappointed about the way Pakistan have batted in these games. Hopefully, it is just them adapting to the conditions.

Let's not forget that Ireland is by no means an associate side when it comes to Test cricket. All their players play in the County Championship with the class of English batsmen and they are playing at home.

And would you believe it, the minute Haris Sohail and Asad Shafiq have looked positive their entire game has changed. After failing in the first warm-up match, they seem more relaxed in this match.

A little bit of a weak start from Pakistan. I still see no point in having Babar Azam in the test team when he is struggling so much, better to bring in proper batsmen.

Wow what a fright Ireland are giving Pakistan! It's always a great sight to see an Associate doing well against a Full Member, regardless of whether who they are.

Six down now. Shadab is the key here for Pak. If Faheem and the rest of the ordorder build around him, they can at least get to a decent total. Ireland just seem too good today.

Not a bad day of cricket for Pakistan, thanks to Faheem Ashraf and Shadab Khan (and the Irish fielders). Pity the game finished early today as well. The pitch seems to be doing quite a bit, a little pity they didn't pick a spinner to complement their attack.

Let's hope Pakistan can put on another 100 at least. Will really help round off the total well.

Haven't gotten the chance to watch the match yet. I only have reservations over the openers. Overall, Pakistan should have scored better than this. Should win this game though provided we don't have to chase 100 runs in the fourth innings. Great to see Fahim and Shahdab spirit. Two great finds.
