Mark how does FS Passengers work? Do you have to fly all of the different pilots flights for them or does the programme generate flights and training as well? If it is the former you must be doing a hell of a lot of flying!

Anyway nice to see the 737 made it into Hong Kong. Will it make it one go to say to Dubai and then Amsetrdam? What is the range of the 737? 4000km?

Nice to see I am a commercial pilot already!

There is no simming at all! I am doing all the flying.

The last flight from Hong Kong to Imphal, India seemed to be the limit, it was 1,109 Nm and we only had about 30 minutes before we dipped into the reserve fuel. If you do that you get heavily penalized.

Looking for the next hop now, from Imphal to hopefully somewhere as far West into India as possible, any suggestions?

The plan is to get the 737 to Amsterdam where it will be handed over to Rick Adams. Hopefully by then we will have enough cash to buy another jet, maybe an AirBus.

----------

Forgot to add that each time I am flying with a fully loaded 737, max payload capacity for take off weight, perhaps it's worth it to fly one long empty shot? but then we won't make money either and I don't know how to calculate how far we could go on a lighter load.

Unbelievable how much flying you must be doing then at the moment! You must be getting good at it!

How on earth did you ever get a 737 over the Atlantic then on that kind of range?

Can't wait for Lone Star 1 to get to Amsterdam!

We got the plane in Seoul so it didn't have to cross the Atlantic :)

I'm just doing spam flying at the moment for the easy flights, good weather, take off, auto pilot, sim X 16, approach and land.

Still trying to figure out a good way to get all the pilots even flight times, I'll work out a system as the story progresses.

As for that Ireland journey, I optimistically flew out of JFK, quarter way I decided I wasent going to make it and turned north, got to as far East of an airport in Canada as possible, refueled and made a mad dash across to pond eating all but 9 minutes of the reserve fuel :p

Talking about this one flight I made before the story where I took the same plane across the Atlantic.

Well I can understand why you are limiting pilot applications at the moment! What is your favourite plane to fly of the different ones currently operating? I used to love flying the Cessna Caravan around on short hops.

Not big on turbo props myself. My favorite plane is easily the 737-400, then probably the Beechcraft Baron.

In real life I got to go up in a Cessna 172 last month, it was an awesome experience. the pilot let me make a few turns and part of the decent. That experience alone has convinced me to get my actual license, probably sometime next year.

1170 miles away, sheesh that is cutting it close, anything slightly more east? and at about the same latitude?
