This PCPL is so confusing.

How, you will play for a team...If you do well, you should be picked for the select team to play the cricsim team.

But Cricsim and PCPL players are same.

Yes indeed they are, well most anyway. There are two competitions. Rather like in the English County Season. There is the 4-day First Class matches, 50 Over matches, 40 over and the 20/20's. This is just a 25/25 competition which is run by me. It is sanctioned by the PCCL (Planet Cricket Cricsim League )
