There have been a few incidents recently of plagiarism or stealing other peoples work and trying to pass it off as your own.
Whilst most of what we do is open-source to allow everyone to participate the Planetcricket.net management wish to emphasise that plagiarism is both dishonest and unacceptable. It is an abuse of both the hard work put in by the original author and of the community within this forum.
We will look very unfavourably on any member who re-releases other people's work as their own and they may find themselves serving a ban or having their downloads removed and their download thread closed.

Thank you again to the rest of the community for the hard work you all put in and have a great 2006.

And it should also be mentioned that 'all' excerpts of text from another website (for example news from CricInfo) should be cited. The source (weblink etc) should appear at either the top or bottom of the text that you copied so that there will not be any issues with other websites stealing their information. Always credit your sources.
Cheers.

If people are reporting any Plagiarism cases please give one of the staff a PM about it and let them deal with it instead of you guys accusing someone in their thread.
