What we need:
10 Team Owners (These will be the teams that play League Cricket)
10 Head Of National Teams (You will be the manager of a country, picking squads etc.)
160 Players (You will be added to the member draft like the PCPL, and the League Team owners will pick you)
Basic Rules:
Your chosen nation doesn't have to be your actual nation, otherwise we will end up with too many English, Australian and Indian players, think of it this way, if you want to play in internationals, you will have more chance by playing for a smaller nation.
Head Of Country costs 50,000 vcash, and has to have significant experience of PC Cricket Leagues, also, heads of countries cannot play for that country or a league team. Note, this country doesn't have to be a test playing nation.
League Team Owner costs 25,000 vcash
League team owners will be able to play for their team, and will be available to play for their chosen nation.
