Playstation CD - Will it work on Windows ?

Is it possible to play the Playstation version on Windows ? If so I would like the details please, I received the BLC CD-ROM from Codemasters, but it will work only on hardware marked with Playstation or PAL symbols. Pl advise.

There's a program called Bleem. It allows you to run playstation games on PC. I'm not sure if BLC will work, but the Bleem progam you'd have to buy it.

There are other ways besides Bleem but it is by far the easiest means.

I take it that you've managed to get your self a copy of the Bleem program. I'll assume that you have the demo?

The thing with it is that when you buy the real product......they have a certain amount of games that it will work it at that particular time. Every now and then I think they put out patches which allow new games to be run that couldn't run before.

The problem is whether or not they will put in BLC when they do their patches.......

So the reason it's not working now is because the demo doesn't recognize that game. Try it with some other CD's and it should work......keep in mind the difference between the American and British PSX CD formats!

So where can I find the CD that works on a PC rather than on Playstation ?

I got this CD itself with great difficulty. The online store took like 2 months to deliver me this product.

Oh, I dunno where you can get the PC game.....where are u? I'm from the West Indies.....I picked up my copy when I was in England a few years ago so I don't know much about buying it now.

All I can tell you is to have a good look around.

You can get the Brian lara CD from the Codemasters.uk Website.. its some 13 P + p&H... Thats where I bought it from... and got it delivered in the US for a total of something around &#3625

yes spend &#3625 on the pc game and return the playstation, as you can see, great pc tweaks here on blc.

I re-checked with codemasters.com. It was out of stock 3 months ago. Its out of stock even now.

You can try Visual Game Station PSX Emulator to run BLC. I got Cricket 2000 to work with that.
