Im not good at tech but have a very important question, how can i backup my BIOS settings on my pc, incase i need to reload them to my PC?

thanks in advance, !!!

edit please explain in simple terms since im not good with computers

Not really possible on any BIOS I've used, but they all have a reset to default option.

If you don't know what you are doing with computers, stay out of the BIOS altogether, unless you meant something else by BIOS.

Considering the above this is very, very sound advice!!!:)

Safest method. Note the settings in notepad.

Incase you screw up the settings:
1)download the motherboard bios recovery files from the manufacturer's website
2)Place the file in an empty disc and insert it into the cdrom drive
3)Remove the BIOS jumper pin on the motherboard
4)Reboot.Then wait for 5 mins until a confirmation message comes saying BIOS Recovery complete.

But if you are not sure of what you are doing,i'd advise you to stay away from it because playing with BIOS is not really safe!

And if you're not good with computers and have successfully stayed out of BIOS altogether, but something has somehow reset everything (a lot of PCs still rely on a little watch battery to keep BIOS settings), then you needn't worry too much, because the new settings will be the defaults, that you didn't change!
