Resolution change

Is there anyway to change the resolution. Not in the game.,
I tried every resolution. All screens are shifted slightly to left or right. How to clear the problem? My monitor resolution is 1920x1080 which is not in the list.

Does it matter if you switch your monitors resolution to one that fits in the game? (I am a noob at this kind of thing so I am probably barking up the completely wrong tree here!)

I might stick with 1920x1080.. Because all other games and others are fine and I am not going to change the resolution of the monitor everytime for this game.

I was asking anyway to manually edit any configuration files..
