Returning to BLC Help!!!!

Hi everyone. I am returning to BLC 99 after many years break. I have decided that in order to get a good test match that this has to be the game. Ashes cricket is too easy against the system. Just one question though..... I have forgot how to choose front foot or back foot shot??? ans if this uis not a feature I feel so out of control with my batting.... how will I know it will do a back foot hook when I want it too and not a sweep????
