Selling Players?

I was wondering how comes in county cricket you cannot buy players from other teams or sell youyr opwn players to other teams. I hate having to pay a player half his wages to release him from my team. Also how do you know if a player is a kolpak player? Could anyone tell me any gems they have found within kolpak players. Thanx a lot

If he's Kolpak he will have a (K) on his name at the top of the screen. For example Greg Lamb Middlesex and Zimbabwe (K) as he is on my game.

As for the first bit, it doesn't work like football.
