Coming Soon: SimCricketX – A Standalone Cricket Simulation Engine ​

After countless weekend sessions and multiple failed prototypes, I’ve finally shaped my dream project into something real.

SimCricketX (name subject tochange) is a Python-based standalone cricket simulator web app that brings the thrill of T20 cricket to your screen—with complete team management, real-time commentary, rain/DLS logic, and match archives.

Key Modules Built So Far:

• Authentication (Local + Google Sheets validation)
• ‍‍ IPL-style Team Management (drag-drop style UI)
• Player Creator with full ratings (batting/bowling/etc.)
• Ball-by-ball T20 match simulation engine
• ️ Rain Interruption + DLS support
• ️ Dynamic ball commentary engine
• Match logging & archiving
• Dark/Light UI with real-time commentary ticker

Tested with edge cases like bowling limits, rain triggers, invalid teams, and player stats. Currently 85% complete with full T20 match simulation support.

What’s Next?
No fixed timeline yet—this is a passion project I work on over weekends. Still polishing final touches, UI elements, and Dockerized packaging. Screenshots and sneak peeks will follow soon!
