I've been toying with these sliders a long time (over 800hrs on steam I've had the game running!). Been satisfied lately with many results being similar to real life. 100 run rate doesn't mean the AI is hitting it out of the park all the time, for example I just played a game where the AI hit 151 in a T20. I find the same sliders work well for ODIs too. Your bowling plans and skill will be important.
Cons to this set up: You're not going to play as many variety shots. Though every now and then I do. It is hard to pick up the short length bowls. If you're paying attention though you can premediate or know what's coming.
I have footwork not required and set pretty low, you can still use it. I feel in T20 sometimes even ODI, just getting bat to ball is more important, so your footwork skill should not be a high priority but sometimes is. I think maybe even getting rid of the timing/footwork feedback (ideal, good, etc) might be my next step.
I also use Batsmen close view for batting and make the stuff see through... But for a long time I didn't, as I could time the balls as they disappeared in front of the batsmen. I know, weird, but it worked. I don't know if you could bat from bowling view with these sliders, it would be pretty tough I think.
I've also worked on my sliders for how Whiteball vs Redball plays. My Redball sliders are a tad different. This is just whiteball right now. I was maybe even gonna make some for kookaburra and dukes specifically but gave up.
I have not touched umpire/review stuff from default.
Any questions or suggestions or way to make it better. Go for it.
