These measures will surely help the condition of downloads forum to improve. The minimum 3 month ban is also good idea. It will help dicourage plagiarisem. Hopefully the situation will get improved and it will back to normal when next cricket game releases.

Also keep in mind when attachments are being posted you need to double post if it goes over the limit of 3 per post.

They could just upload the images on photobucket.
