Special Deliveries

just a question, in the manual it says

Once a special delivery is used, the meter empties and special deliveries are unavailable. However, if the bowler takes a wicket with a special delivery the meter remains full.

i seem to have taken a few wickets with a special delivery yet i never have a full metre the next delivery.

Is this just me or is this a bug?

I have taken a wicket with one, and had them available for the next ball as it says, however Im pretty sure Ive taken a wicket with one and not had them available for the next ball too.

Yeh its kinda random. Sometimes you do get another special sometimes you don't. Sort of a bug.

Neither am I. To be honest the special deliveries don't really surprise the batsmen or do any real damage at all.

I have taken wickets with slower balls and bouncers, but never with a yorker.

i think it is not working i bowled a special deliveries which goes for six but still i got another one to bowl next time

Ive taken some with the slow ball, and one LBW with a yorker and a couple of catches. I've just noticed something happening with the reverse swing though. I used to place the cursor far to the stumps into the batsman a bit and never got much joy.

However Ive recently started to leave the marker, maybe occaisionally move it left or right a bit, but not change the length, it then pitches at the shortest point it can, which is just on the crease I think and then give it full power and full swing and quite often it will go straight through and bowl the batsman, after which he will step forward as if trying to defend, as he didnt play a shot at all before. Its a bit weird, could be a bug. Its not just rubbish batsmen either, I got Kallis out with that when he was on 60 odd.

I get luck with reverse swing and slower ball pitch them on edge of crease and they always cut them to square leg. well most of the time . Never got someone with the special yorker but I have got someone with a yorker i pitched myself.

Yeah i once got out with a "homemade" yorker LOL..he played a advance shot down the pitch and got caught just before it bounced

Special delivery is special ....you can use only once in one over ...if you take a wicket on that ball you will get another chance of bowling it ...other wise it will go and you have to earn it again !!. No bug ...

i didnt get a manual as i ordered from ebay!!!
gave negative feedback,

but how do i use special deliveries and how do i get them!!!
and my stamina bar stays the same all the same!!
doesnt even work!!!
