Wow, there's a lot of tours on at the moment! Even I missed this one!

Anyway the tour got off to a start yesterday with a game against Pretoria University.

Result

Sri Lanka A: 276/4 (Vandort 108, Mubarak 104)
Pretoria University: 277/5 (de Villiers 69, Malan 81, van Wyk 56 not out)

Pretoria University win by 5 wickets.

South Africa A won the first one dayer.

Sri Lanka A: 221 all out (Arnold 52, Zoysa 50, Henderson 4/42)

Sri Lanka never did settle down with a proper Fast Bowling Allrounder! Mainly because they wudn't survive in SL pitches! Eg : Suresh Perera, Kaushalya Weeraratne
