The services may have been a little easy on your finances, but this is where you'll have to make some tough decisions.

What improvements can I make to my facilities?

You can make quite a few improvements, but it all depends on whether you really need them and whether you can afford them. You might want 10000 extra seats for an international match, but what about the money you lose at a domestic game when each and every one of them is empty? Be careful when making improvements: you don't get money back easily.

All Stadiums

1000 extra seats (permanent): ?500
1000 extra seats (temporary): ?250
Restaurant: ?5,000
Conference Centre: ?5,000
Indoor Nets: ?10,000
Paddling pool inside the stadium: ?5,000

Of course, you don't have to make any improvements at all. It might be beneficial if you choose not to. Check back here often: there might be some new stuff available.

How do I make these improvements?

Another form to fill in. It looks like this:

Stadium Location:
Improvements:

They're all fairly easy to understand I feel!

Improvements made. I'd say the OOD and the OCCG are favourites to host the Zimbabwe internationals. You now have ?988,900 to spend.
