Super over bug

I’ve started on career mode, and played a T20 match. My team batted second and the session had some rain, and the target score adjusted using DL method. The session continued until we tied. Then the game tries to move onto the super over session, but keeps on endlessly looping between the simulation option screen and the final summary score card.

Has anyone seen this? I’m playing on the switch.

I've just had a super over. I got 15, they got 10, yet they won on count back?

I didn't even get a super over in the fiinal of the cricket world cup. The match was tied.
