Table Top Cricket - Troubleshooting

We have found a bug post release.

Pausing at the innings break (when the scorecard is being shown) can result in the game not being able to progress due to overlapping HUD.

The game does not crash, you can quit game/return to menu but cannot continue into the 2nd Innings.

Please take note and DO NOT Pause at the Innings Break Scorecard. We shall fix this.

I'm guessing this is the intended place for bugs?
I was bowling, indoor format, casual, right arm spinner to left hand batsman. Had four balls in same place turned down for lbw (not the bug). Varied the line very slightly for next two and they were also appeals, but the batsman hit the ball afterward for four, and no runs were given either time.

I also hit the non-strikers stumps, it went for two, and got no runs when batting in the same game

MODE : Online

Format : Indoor ( 8 overs)

Problem : I was not able to use controller sticks or buttons while selecting bowlers (Xbox controller). So i had to use keyboard for that.

Thanks. We are aware of this bug and hope to fix this this morning. There will be an update on Steam once this is fixed.

a couple of bugs for me:

I moved the first slip to a leg slip, for the first over every ball he was put back basically on top of gully (2 fielders in one position) and i'd have to move him back to leg slip. after the first over it was fine he stayed where he should.

also, doing the world tour played the t10 against usa, went to do the next one (2 on drive fours) but just got black screen.

Mine crashed twice. The first was when I just launched the game. Second time happened after I had completed an indoor game in offline mode. The Final scorecard came up and then it crashed.

Hello Jojo,

This happened during World Tour match, I dont know whether I was batting or bowling as I was at loading screen. Let me know if anything else is needed. I will gladly supply the information.

Hi All

I am playing same game on PS3, found following observation, is that correct or bug ?

- there is no save during the game
- even fielder stops the ball with several tips its given OUT
- during fielding game pauses for a sec and even fielder behind the ball goes to boundary (it happens with when bowler doing fielding)

The second one is not a bug. Thats how Table Top cricket is played.

1. There is no saving mid-match, that's correct.

2. The 'catching' in this game comes from the ball landing in the players 'bucket'. The bucket is signified by the green tab in between the fielders feet. The white circle around the fielder will indicate his 'catching range', which I'll explain in point 3.

3. The game will pause to allow you to get an idea of where the ball is going and allow you to move your player in the direction needed to catch the ball (left or right movement). If the ball enters the fielders circle, the ball can be caught depending on the speed of the ball (which is why you may see it go through the circle). If the ball is going too fast and lands within the fielders bucket, it will knock the fielder over.


I suggest that if people are having trouble understanding certain facets of the game that they turn on the hints that will give a better run down of the mechanics in the game.

Its just a casual game .So why you want play against a crappy lower rating team.
