Yeah, for me he was during the 90's the best. Along with Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior, who were hyped up. But he was the best technical wrestler. I couldn't watch wrestling anymore, because they didn't show it anymore, but at the begin of the 90's he was starting be a top player.

And a shame he had to leave WWF like that.
