The wheel can allow you to retain your pick, or let you swap from another pick, may be even get replaced, perhaps outright just get discarded or something entirely random. The Wheel of Enigma decides it all.

It will be an unordered draft and the wheel will begin it's doom after everyone has picked for a particular round.

One thing I forgot to mention was that there will be multiple outcomes for a particular round and those outcomes will not be exclusive for a single player. Multiple people can end up with similar outcomes. Completely depends on what the Wheel chooses for you.
