This draft will happen in two phases. The first phase will be The Unlucky Dip. Ahead of the Unlucky Dip, you will nominate five players: they will all be Panesars. That is to say, you will be nominating players that you have absolutely no chance of getting back. There is nothing to stop you being as harsh as you want... except for Rule 3 (we'll get to that in a moment).

Seeing as all of our teams will be horrendous at this point, it will be your usual snake draft (in which we pick in a 1-2-3, 3-2-1 kind of order). In this phase, you can pick almost anyone to try to fix your team. I say "almost" because there is Rule 4.
RECOVERY DRAFT ORDER
Please remember when selecting your players that your six remaining players have a total limit of 50 Test caps. There is no rule against uncapped players.

The Rules
- You are trying to select the best possible Test team of 11 players.
- Your first 5 players will be assigned to you in the Unlucky Dip; the last 6 players you will then select in the Recovery Draft.
- You can nominate any player, so long as they have played at least one first-class match.
- If two or more people nominate the same player for the Unlucky Dip, then the player will go to one of those who nominated him (and the extra nomination will be given to someone from the reserve list).
- Your six players from the Recovery Draft may only have a maximum of 50 Test caps in total. Why 50? Because that's how many Tests the man himself played.
- As in all drafts, if 24 hours pass without the next person making their pick then the next person can go ahead and pick.
