The PlanetCricket Battrick Sledging Thread

Oh ok, what about the fitness net? Should I go with two or get rid of one and get a primary net?

Depends on which and how many players you are training. 2 fitness on one player is needles, but one for each trainee is good.

I've made a huge mix up in the orders against Briggs! My spinner is batting at 5, and my allrounder is not even playing.
Allardyce batted us out of the game, he really is a good player and fully merits being in that U19 squad!

Bowling let me down today, Pickford had a shocker, Ali who doesnt even normally ball picked up 3, but his form with the bat is concerning i think he's scored consecutive ducks now, maybe even 3 in a row! If he'd have fired today we could have been in with a shout after Moodley's good knock.

Should be a much stronger team facing you next time we meet, but all the same, good deserved victory.

I have a crazy situation with my bowlers. One of my trainees is a 20-year old bowler, who has been given bowling nets for about 3/4s of a season, whose bowling primary is just a mediocre even after all the nets. I've another bowler, who is a bit older, with a respectable rating, but with a lower overall BT rating.

The mediocre bowler has been consistently outperforming the respectable bowler, with the former usually getting three wickets and the latter getting one or none.

But, I don't think the 20-year old bowler has popped in the bowling department since I've given him nets. Do you guys think he is close to a pop, because of his recent performances and should I continue with his bowling net?

Secondaries, stamina, orders, opposition, pitch, all play a role...
Give training to your youngest players. Simple as that. But it is all up to you.

Yeah, it was a good game. Allardyce is on fire. Second 150 + score in 3 days. His fitness levels are amazing. He is getting 4 nets a week, wicket keeping and opening batting, and playing in the friendlies and his fitness is still energetic!!

Not many pops for me.
How many nets you giving Ludlam? Cause Folkes and Eli started Med/Resp/Med 17 YOs, and are getting three nets, and I haven't recieved any notice that they may be U-19 material. I'm giving each of them 3 nets.
