Well, when you move your cursor over the tabs in the Start Menu, it will show the tab as if we have opened it!

I got windows vista crazy again and managed to find some real cool themes.

Also I found some transparent Explorer and IE explorer. No changing of your current explorer or IE you just click the icon and it works.

I think you need a program to do that. Probably could be done without it but it would be dam tricky.
