I dont really think that way.Almost my whole team is below 20 so it wouldnt hurt getting a couple of 25 year olds.And doesnt age increase as in real life? That way I should have atleast 4 years of prime cricket from them,in any case Im constantly upgrading my team so they wouldnt be here for more than a year and half at most.

nah, they age once every battrick season (which including off seaosn is 16 weeks?)
