It's simular to Cricket2004. You'll need to hex edit though as there is no editor to do all the tournaments yet.

Till now nobody had created a tutorial for editing tournments.If u want to have any tournments u can request at avks2love's thread(the link given by gaurav_indian).

Like sharathu said there is no tutorial or link. I can tell you what to hex edit as I told avk but you'll need to know what you're doing.
