Thats when it gets paid.... Lots of teams in the SA sledging have regularly complained about not recieving their subsidy's quite often so by the sounds of it, it's hit and miss.

Well I know that myself and WC have players expecting U19 calls up for South Africa. Anyone else training any U19s/NTs?

I miss my Nats...Eli, Folkes, Falken, Mohaideen Abdeen...


But on topic, I'm training an Indian allrounder whole bee Quality batting and Superb bowling on his 19 bday (Hopefully), so he might get called up. I'm not expecting it though.

Next season I'll be 4 netting a decent batsman or bowler for the WI U-19s, so I have a shot there if I get a good pull.

Eli, he's destroyed me before, hated him profusely.

Been wanting to train a Ukrainian all-rounder, sadly one hasn't surfaced from my academy yet for some strange reason....

After coming close with Samuel and then Surmon, I'm eager to try and give it another go but my net's are pretty tied up for the next few seasons.

I still haven't had a battrick NT/U19. And I still don't want one.

If minor nations ever come in and/or the wage system changed to reduce/eradicate Elite++++++ players, I will go for one.

I've always liked the idea of having a variation of centrally contracted players, where you have them for free until they are dropped from the NT and the only money you lose is when you buy them or when they become too crap and get dropped permanently. 1. It'll mean the real hit is buying a NT player as wage isn't a concern so the market value is higher. 2. More players will be trained to NT standard as it will be a whole lot cheaper. 3. It's better than the stupid subsidy system. Of course the downside is that it won't happen and a complete wage restructure would probably be better.
