updated rosters

i cant seem to get the updated rosters in the game....i installed the game from the scratch and installed the wcexp patch again but it still doesnt seem to work....can someone help me regarding this!! as well as if i play with canada or any of the new teams in the game i still see the scotland's squad

1. Start the game with the WC Manager only
2. Choose the correct location of teams.tem
(usually c:/mydocuments/easports/user/ for 98 or
c:/documents and settings/easports/user/ for XP)
3.if after choosing location and playing problem still exists go to squads and click restore teams.
