For those complaining about the AI (Im on of these) I decided to start a default career, one to avoid the dodgy bowling changes that the real teams have until the patch and two to see how the game plays with big ant stat players.

All I can say is that I'm pleasantly suprised in my first game the AI seemed to keep their wicket alot better, for the first time I saw a number of players see out a good number of balls and go on to make decent totals. This isn't to say they don't play some strange shots just less so than when the real teams were downloaded.

The fielders are still super human but I found the game much more enjoyable so far with the defaults.

I'm currently playing a RAM SLAM (South African T20 competition) with LlewelynF7 teams, I dont have a problem with the AI, what I do to make things "better" is I intentionally drop the catches that I feel fielders should never have gotten to in the first place, just by doing that alone, I find myself chasing scores over 120 9 times out of 10. Even Pro is fairly difficult now, Only managed to win 2 out of my 5 games so far, loving it

I've never had a problem with the AI battin'...always realistic scores are posted when I bowl, in every mode ('cept career as I'm yet to hit that up) on every difficulty.

interesting commetnts about the AI, well in my initial career with real teams all the teams I played were getting out for a hundred or less most times and so far on default around 300 would be higher without the run outs and super catches. This is being in the field all the time no simulation

This is on veteran too by the way very enjoyable stuff :)
