That may be true in the future, but I don't think it's the case for now. The last person who won shared a large part of it with other members.

I agree that the interest should be capped at 20,000, so that the wealthy don't gain too much of their profits merely from their existing wealth, rather than trying their hand at the Casino or the vBookie.
