As some may remember, there is an activity based player pick on the cards, that I have drawn up a preliminary pool of around 30 players to begin with, and each manager gets a certain amount of picks. The amount is based around how active you have been and is represented by the number in bold shown below. There is no order and is on a main first come first served basis, as I know there are people around and not around. The sooner you make your picks, the sooner they will be playing for you.

But you must pick in the groups assigned in the code, the top band will have first priority with it becoming open to the next group after a certain period of time has elapsed.

Ollie, can we choose players outside the pool that aren't at a team? Can you do a squad thread so we know who is where?

Clearly, I'm gonna have to add more players to the pool, so I will go on a hunt, if I can't find that greater world class players, I'm gonna steal some from the non active teams.

But say, if you just posted up the list of players that are currently at a club, would we be able to pick up any player that wasn't on that list? Obviously one that is in your game... but any that aren't at a club?

Or will it just be limited to a pool. Just wondering.

It wouldn't work, there are so many players at the clubs you would be struggling to find someone, unless you have some massively random say Hungarian gun striker you want, I should think the pool is fine. I'm trying to pick the best of the rest that are available using the scouting stuff.

Well, I do know some fairly good players from my time at CSKA Moscow and Man City, as well as taking Spain to a World Cup...

There's always the chance of some young guns as well. Would love to pick up Pato, Eden Hazard, Stevan Jovetic or Mamadou Sakho.
