ICC announce WDCL
​

ICC have announced a league for the domestic players called the World Domestic Cricket League(WDCL). In this league only domestic players can participate and it is hoped that with this many world class domestic players will come into notice.

Squad Rules:

Domestic Player= A player who has not played any International matches in any format.

* Only Domestic Players
* Must be active in 2011(in other words must not be retired)
* Only players from the 9 International countries. The 9th country is Bangladesh
* No age restrictions
* You must have One Veteran player no more, no less- Veteran players are players who have played more than 1 Test Matche and more than 1 Odi matche and 1 IT20 as well
* Your Veteran must be from the nation your club is based on
* Your team must have players from 5 different nations

Tournaments:

A T-20 Competition
A First Class Competition(5 Day)
A List-A Competition(50 Overs)

After each competition a team of the best performing players will be named for example- WDCL-T20 XI and will face of against the international stars in a series of 3 matches.
