im really not sure which spinner i should play for England,
on one side i have Micheal Munday who has over 500 test wickets at only 18.94!!! but he is now 34 and im starting to look at life without him in my side.
on the filp side i have Richard Wier whos only played 5 test matches for me (2 aginst new zealand this season and 3 in the ashes in australia last season, both times he only got his chance as munday was injured!) but in those test matches he has picked up 24 wickets at 16.46!!!!! hes also only 25 so could possibley have a 10 year test careed ahead of him and maby even get more test wickets than munday.

so i ask you, who would you play? is 34 too old? munday has performed well for his county this year so should i keep him for 1 more year or possibly 2? or should i ditch him and give the 25 year old his chance?

Play both imo. Rarely would you play two spinners but when one is class, and the other looks a great prospect, it looks like they will take wickets on any track, even if it is not turning.

Play both, spinners are amazing On ICC.
The more the better

If I was you ~ play both. Never heard of Weir in real life.

Definately both with them you could rip through attacks

well i have a winter tour to india so ill prob play both there but then im in new zealand so will prob only play 1, whoever does best in india keeps there place i suppose

But in ICC playing both under any condition will not harm your team in any way.

So if I am in your place I would have played both in NZ also especially when one is LS and other OS.Few players play OS plays better than LS & vice versa.SLA is also a good bowler to have in your team.

One will improve his record other will gain some valuable experience.

well ive played 2 test matches against india now and picked them both, and won both tests due to them both playing very well, but i like to play 3 seamers if its not a turning wicket so in new zealand it can only be 1 of them, there is only 2 test matches in new zealand so i may give them both 1 each and see how they go, munday is now 35 so he doesnt have long left, but ive never had a player get 600 test wickets and really want to get him their lol

Munday's an absolute genius in my game and looks like weir is following the same path in your game too.
If i had a strong batting top 5, what i would do is play your best bowlers in any conditions, even if that means playing 2 spinners and 4 seamers. While that might sound outrageous, in your case, as with my game,Munday doubles up as a more than capable batsman....i used him at No. 3 in both forms of the game with brilliant results. He got something like 12 100's for me before he retired.

pllay both, spinners always break big partnerships and take wickets on day 4 and 5 on ICC

play both,

milk munday for all you can, and break weir in as much as you can so he can step straight into the boots of munday

a quick update on what ive done, ive been playing munday in test matches, but wier in ODI's to give him experience, munday is playing so well i cant drop him from the test side, i may play them both in my winter tours if i come across a pitch which is turning, but in england ive simple got to play 3 seamers
