In what capacity do you work on Cricket Heroes?
What other projects do you have in the pipeline?
Do you plan working on these kinds of things full-time?

In what capacity do you work on Cricket Heroes?

I have had a interesting time working with Cricket Heroes. I started out very early when it wasn't even Cricket Heroes (like just the start). I started working as a Data Tool developer. I developed editors which would be used to import data into CH. I was a noob and Kurt eventually did his own editors that comes with the games. I moved and helped Kurt with advertising. I have advertised the game in lot of places.

I was supposed to work on CH Mobile but I recently had a nose surgery in the summer. By the time I recovered Kurt as you all know the beast had already completed a lot of things.

What other projects do you have in the pipeline?

I actually have 2 things in pipeline right now. I am developing a Cricket Quiz game & a news agency website. More details when I am close to finish.

Do you plan working on these kinds of things full-time?

As a matter of fact yes. I am starting my company in the next coming month. I will be attending a lot of networking events to attract clients & going to be a member of BNI(Business Network International). BNI is a peer to peer business networking company. The concept is members meet regularly to discuss business and support each other's businesses by sharing referrals.

@blockerdave

What was the first programming language you learned?

So in India we have 3 forms of school education, one is state government syllabus other is CBSE which comes under federal government and they decide the syllabus and the last one is ICSE which is private schools who decide their own education. I studied in ICSE school. We had an option of selecting Computers or Economics for 9th grade. I selected computers. That is when I first started learning Java. So I learned Java as my first language ever.

Which was the toughest?

Well I would say learning Javascript is and was tough for me. I think I was never into the Javascript (AJAX, Angular, etc) so never paid much attention during my schooling. I regret that now and wish I had learned JS and got myself interested in it seeing so many JS frameworks in the market now.

p.s. i had a busy day but will get to the pm thing tomorrow!) - As I said take your time. Even if you reply after 1 month will be fine with me.(Not literally 1 month though) :p

tomorrow I promise!

I spent a long time learning AJAX once, then forgot everything (so I guess i didn't really learn it). i use a lot of query now but there are so many libraries and tools you hardly need to know it so much is done for you.

The thing with technology is you see a new language or program coming out almost everyday. You learn one thing today and its a thing of past tomorrow. Java once was such a huge thing (it still is but not as big as yesteryears) and now everyone uses Python and heck wants to go back to C++ or use C#.

(Assuming you are rahulkhush of the old days) It's been a long time we've met. How've you been?

PS: I kind of hate Java. I'm not a hard core programmer (I just need to code a bit for my course projects) I love Python and MATLAB (which software engineers hate from the bottom of their hearts)

Hey Dipak yes I am rahulkhush from old days aka IndieGameDev aka Freedom :p.

I am doing good how are you? Yes its been long miss the GPL days. I dont hate Python being a software engineer. Infact you need to blend in with whatever is the current market demand or else you will be lost. MATLAB havent given a go so cannot comment much.[DOUBLEPOST=1507401552][/DOUBLEPOST]
What are your views on pixel?
To be honest I havent followed Google Pixel. Google might be a tech giant but the products they launch I am not a fan off.
