Why not at Dambulla?

This is how an under 23 domestic cricket match played at Dambulla Stadium, yesterday.

So, why international matches can't play here? the loss of the cancelled tournament is 1 billion rupees. I don't konw what the hell they are doing?

good question..International matches have been played there before..but I guess SriLankan Cricket Board can answer the question better than any of us...
