Worth buying it?

Hey,
Im considering buying cricket 05 as all the other cricket games ive tried just arent very good! :P
Is it worth buying it? Ive read really good reviews on tutsi's patch, but I have cricket 07 which is said to be very similar to 05.
There are mixed opinions on the game, so I dont wanna go and blow any more of my money on dismal games.

Yes. Definetly. '05 > Everything Else (Must patch it though)

Yeah 07 is alot like 05, but with 05 you have many more varities of patches to choose from. I use 07 for my story, but i bought 05 from Ebay and it's just as good. So yeah it's defiently worth buying, in my mind

i think i am probably gonna buy it off play.com now for 4 quid, as the next ebay one finishes in 2 days
Is tutsi's patch the one to use when I get the game? Or otheres such as Boss's or Doctor's ai?

Tutsi's one is really good for 05 but you should keep trying them around and see which one fits your liking. Getting all the right patches and just adding them on still makes a quality game.

And definitely worth getting, shouldn't be too expensive now.

I would say Boss's is better for batting but there is a bug when bowling where the AI when it bowls uses people lile Inzamam to bowl the majority of the overs, which is annoying.

Hmmm, just that cricket 04 ran at a stupid speed, basically in fast motion when unplugged, when plugged in it ran it in slow motion :P
but yeh, its a pretty nifty one, so fingers crossed
