Xbox 360 Controller with Cricket 2005

Has anyone tried to use an Xbox 36o controller with Cricket 2005? I can't get it to work properly. When playing the game with it, controlling the bowling is fine, all the right buttons control the right deliveries. However, when I'm batting, none of the buttons actually play any shots, it's really annoying. The only shot Ive managed to get working is the advance shot which seems to be the 'X' button.

Can anyone help?

yh i got a xbox 360 contoller and i dont use it no more coz the shots are all different buttons its best to get the Logitec Dual Action one its like a PS2 one!!!

Yea, the fact that the shots are different buttons doesnt really bother me, but Ive found the problem anyway, it doesnt work if you have the bowling part of the ai patch installed and you're trying to bat.
