Small suggestion which can take your DVD covers to next level.
Never try to make cover inside the case template. Always make a separate cover psd (size must be in accordance with case template). Then do a ctrl+shift+c and paste it instead of the cover layer in the case template to get the exact paper effect. At the moment your some parts are on paper, some on the case template while some are even above the case template layers which as a whole don't give the exact DVD/CD cover mock-up look.
Another thing never try to do bevel or emboss effects when making something that must look like a paper since you can't have 3D on a 2D paper.
