Youth Question

If you have 2 young guys, similar roles and averages.

One is in your default squad aged 23 and one is not aged 22.

Which guy would you put the training on?

I would say both of em becuz it is very much likely that their potential value will be different so it is better to put both on training during initial years and then pick the more improved one.

But cause the older one is o the starting team, wouldn't that mean he is slightly better?

Well he is a year older...

You say they have around the same averages and if he is only slightly better then I would go with the younger player. You will be able to give him the technique for quite a few years and if the other one is in your team already then he doesn't really need it as much as the other one does he?
