Teams participating are:

Argentina, Tanzania, Italy, Cayman Islands, Nepal, and the United States.

I predict USA and Nepal to go through, with Italy having an outside chance.

I don't think there is any live coverage of these games like there were for division 1, but if anyone finds anything, do let us know.

Very exciting tourny for us. Lots of old guys who need to perform to prove their spots are justified. Sushil Nadkarni for one, he is our Keiron Pollard, he blasts all the local attacks but sucks big time on the main stage.

Cush has been in good form and interested to see how Taylor goes.

He won't play, he never does, just another useless selection from USACA.

Id say our true potential will be in about 10 years when the youth come through and we get rid of these fat expats.

He is on the Board of Directors of the USACA. Just a case of subcontinental politics being dragged along to the US.

Except this is even worse than say the PCB... a 44 year old.

I mean I don't see how even the ICC accepts this. Surely questions should be raised.

All of the games today rained out in a rainy Italy

Anyone find any TV coverage? Cricinfo is doing ball-by-ball for each game so there may be something.

Whats funny is that nearly half the Italian team are made up of Sri Lankans.

He played, bowled ok I guess. Seems to be the weak link in the team

Hmm, I love this World Cricket League stuff.

I reckon USA and Nepal will probably dominate this tournament, I'm not too sure what will happen to the other teams, I suppose it depends on form and adaptablity to conditions, Italy do have home advantage, but as Argentina have shown a few years ago that's not always an advantage.

Bad to hear about the Cayman Islands coach crash.

Good thing for us though is that we are transitioning well, there is a fine crop of u17 and u19 players so hopefully in 5-6 years we will not have to select these old geezers :laugh

Really happy we won, can't wait till we take on Nepal again, that is sort of becoming our WCL Rivalry along with Jersey

12 sixes in 12 overs by the openers ? What was this ?

Imagine someone like India or any of the Test playing nations end up laying them. They'll set a new record.
