India's Fastest Bowler is BACK

I Believe He will do better than everyone
cant trust zak for now , he just made a comeback!

For all the guys criticizing Sreesanth's selection:he's definitely better than all other Indian fast bowlers except Zaheer.Cricket politics kept him away from his deserved spot in Indian Cricket Team.
Why are we carrying Ishant in his current condition?

Sreesanth is here to stay this time.Count me on it.

why was he thrown out then???

for his string of non performances of course!:laugh

Ishant has been in inspite of so many non-performances just because he has the hype around him. Sreesanth didnt have as much hype as Ishant as far as his bowling is concerned.

Excited to see Zak back in action. :banana2

Talking about Sree, watch out this and see he'll be a hit, this time.

No.. Ishant is way better than sreesanth actually! More than sreesanth Ishant should be there in the team!!

I have a feeling sreesanth will be up for a pasting against the lankans!

140ks is still slow compared to the rest of the top teams.

Even Stuard Broad is consistently above 140ks :laugh and he is a woman.

We are not in a "pace war" with other country bowlers. We just want our bowlers to consistently bowl at 140+ which should definitely cause some problems for batsmen even on unhelpful wickets. The more the pace you have, the better you can vary it.

Can't Zak and Sharma touch 140 consistently? Or at least Sharma? Don't understand how you go from touching 151 to barely touching 139.

Also saw that Atul Sharma was mentioned in this thread a bit earlier, lets leave the jokes out of this discussion. No one has ever even seen that guy bowl a single delivery, it was all an elaborate hoax to generate interest in that guys training facility. LOL 160k consistently, and that too from some guy who has never bowled a ball in a domestic match or any official match.

One major problem that Prasad inculcated into our bowlers is, vary your speed as per the wicket's condition. So on slow wickets, guys like Ishant, Nehra and Munaf will also bowl at slower speeds. On tracks that give good pace and bounce, they will touch 140+. I have never seen Lee or Siddle or Johnson reduce their speed on a consistent basis on slow wickets. They vary their pace a little more on slower wickets but they still bowl at their optimum for most of the time (atleast 3-4 balls out of 6). The Indian bowlers barely touch their optimum speeds in the process.

Ishant has to consistently bowl 145+ and vary his pace more on slower wickets. Zak should be bowling 135-140 consistently. Munaf should be bowling 140+ consistently. Same with Nehra too.

This guy is going to strike fear in the hearts of Sanga, Mahela and Dilshan :sarcasm

Enough of the Atul Sharma stuff please, it's irritating to see when people bring up his name.

Posting pics of Sree crying and with animals is funny but to a limit, respect.

He wont do it to atleast two of those guys, because they are his IPL team-mates and were there when that incident happened.;)

Sree's aggro is not going to come down one bit just because he cried in that IPL.

one dude that can bowl 140kmph cant change the team that much. Why is it such a big deal for India to have a 140+ bowler when many bowlers in international cricket sacrifice their speed for accuracy and better seam movement and swing.
