These are the tasty little tubes that they put in the top of ice cream sundaes, but secretly you wish they were chocolate flakes instead haha

Amazing! I was having an internal battle in my head all day yesterday about if this very treat counted as a biscuit or not, and therefore if it could be posted. In the end you beat me to it!
